Boast the Coast
Conceived in 1996, Boast the Coast showcases Lewes’ nautical heritage and features activities that complement the University of Delaware’s annual Coast Day event held the first Sunday in October. This year’s Boast the Coast activities are sponsored by Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant and Beebe Healthcare, with partial funding from Southern Delaware Tourism. A number of free Boast the Coast activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in 1812 Park near the city dock on the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal. Freedom Boat Club will offer free boat tours leaving the city dock from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. These short excursions on the canal will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with six to eight passengers per trip; no advance reservations are needed.

Fall Craft Fair
